Ayurveda is dated back to 1000 BC ( probably even back) as a science providing remedies to mankind with the usage of natural substances.
Ayurveda belives in a customised apporach to an Individual right from the selection of the tratments or its ingredients ot the Diet and regimes to be followed bt the indiviual , as no two indivudual are same .
